With Velious released December 2000 and a comment talking about the updated stats on June 6, 2001, this thing should have the lower stats for ~6-7 months.

Will be very sick for war/ranger twinks and maybe even ranger mains imo.

However, if you can kill AoW there's easily better options for your ranger main.

Maybe a late comer to the party or some alt too.

this entire thread is what frustrates me most about this server. gear that clearly wasn't within the intended risk v reward guidelines but will be kept permanently outside said risk v reward because it took verant an extra month to patch it in

I think everything you mentioned either hasn't been developed yet, is a limitation of the client, or is broken. It's not pick and choose.

It took me and a team of volunteers that long in our spare time. That timeline is obviously not intended either.
