Merchants for evil races on Faydwer?

I'm pretty sure the guards of neriak are indigo brotherhood. Try killing one, they say the indigo brotherhood will track you down and kill you.

Guards are on Dreadguard Inner & Dreadguard Outer. I have an Inny worshiping Troll Shaman that sells in Kelethin and Nerriak, and I can tell you it's not a problem.

How'd you do Kelethin faction? Crushbone?

I think you have to do that annoying quest with a spiderling eye, a bat wing, and two other items...It raises the banker/merchant faction which is separate from any of the factions raised in CB
