Discord Server ruleset, amirite?

I'd fucking love to get past 20 and get warp hacked, ganked and have to start all over again just like it was on live.

<3
There was an emu server with this ruleset for a while, dunno if it's still up

Actualy being able to loot a items was what drew many people to play there, and you could not just have all the best items in the game on a low level and walk arown killing, you had to bag your items when under attack, or even not wear anything you could not afford to lose, iwe lost countless good items, but gained countless aswell, thats the fun part about pvp, who cares about money? no sweaty palms if you lose 50p, but those effreeti boots you might lose might give you some pumping though your system and try to escape or bag them.
Yea, even more degenerates like Lucid Vision. Item loot was fun back in the day on RZ when everyone wasn't using Macroquest. Once VZ/TZ turned to complete shit, half the server admitted to using it because it didn't matter anymore. It will go back to the same exact thing. It's a lost cause.

Might have a problem getting people to play with item loot ruleset if it's gonna be a hackfest though.
If it is policed like p99...i'm all over it.
Serious loss from PvP is why i loved shadowbane so much...the game was terribly made but the siege warfare was off the hook. Spend a month building a city and watch it get wiped in a few hours...Makes you step up your game and makes it a hell of alot more fun when you do it to the other guy.[You must be logged in to view images. I had fun on vz/tz. I quit for two reasons: (1) I suck so hard at eq pvp (2) Seeing a good third of the populace cheating in some way.

The playing field was already tilted against me because I suck so badly at pvp but adding cheaters to it and I had no chance.

Having no chance is no fun.

I'd do it again though if some sort of very effective MQ detector was applied and the GM's were given knobbed and spiked bansticks to swing.

Don't get me wrong, the GM staff there worked very hard and meant well but theres only so much 3-4 guys can do in their spare time and for free.

Props to Voidd, Keegan, Daxum, Null and Sirken for their hard work.

Never cheated, played on vztz for 3 years, the people who were cheating had to be careful or get banned, which means 100% white knights like myself could go balls to the walls everyfight without worrying about managing third party programs in a subtle manner.

At the end of the day your a pvper, or a carebear.

I was a pvper, and I dominated pvp the majority of the time I played, on a player level. On a guild level your only as good as your officers/leaders.

ITT: people who think they're hot shit because they played on a hacker-ridden piece of shit server over other servers.

Harrison: Person who firmly believes his post count is directly proportional to the size of his penis. A belief which comforts his dwindling sense of self-worth towards anything substantial outside of Project 1999 forums.

Then next time you feel a bowel movement coming on, fucking grace us with another of your maggot-ridden, steaming piles of shit which you deem post-worthy over in the RnF section.
