Seriously though, as long as the name is not offensive, references gender-specific anatomy, curse words, or outright vulgarity, I don't see the problem.

Do people not RP enough for you? Eh, I can kind of understand that, but even "Juvenile" is a terribly subjective ruler to use when someone else really wants to be named "Abad Doggie," as one player on Rodcet was named. I find it hilarious and fun to have names like that.

Hence why my Shaman is named Cold. You'll see what his surname will be within the next few months.

I've run across some pretty offensive names here (ran by a DE corpse named ******dik the other day - no lie) but if someone wants to name their character Fatboy or Uwish, more power to ya.

I knew an Iksar monk on live named Gylik Gyrl and he had that name for at least the 4 years I played.

i WILL change your name if it violates the naming policy.

so before coming up with dumb names and or offensive names go read it.
