It seems that about half the names I see violate that policy. I personally try to come up with a name that fits in with the lore, but I can't deny appreciating the laughs I've had at some others' names I see, and if the policy isn't going to be enforced for all violations, it probably shouldn't be enforced at all, except for names deemed offensive by the staff.

Amelinda, my main toon's name is Psilocybin which is a drug reference and I'm pretty sure it violates ToS.... wtb change. You can even pick the name! Rather be Fluffybunnypants than a drug reference. =)
