sorry the stuff is already gone. I asked in EC for someone to help me find my corpse, and the first tell got all my gear, the 2nd guy got all my cash!

The only way you lose access to the account is if you give out your password and someone changes it, or if you just forget your password. Write it down somewhere and keep it secret/keep it safe until its needed.
