Brining makes turkey delicious. Liquid brining is a pain in the ass, you need big gallon buckets and a cool place to store it, but dry brining is a thing which I guess is just extended salting. I want to fry a turkey this year, so good.

Football on thanksgiving is one of my fav parts and the nap after.

Does anyone else do chocolate pie? It's my Dad's favorite. Bake the pie crust, fill with legit chocolate pudding, you know the kind you actually cook on the stove top, pour into pie crust, chill overnight.

I like my sweet potato casserole 1/4th sweet potato and 3/4th's melty marshmellows.

Sweet potatoes with a pinch of brown sugar and even cinnamon if you're feeling crazy. Better than all other sides.
