Simply put, if you win FTE on Lodizal it's your until you wipe on it. Although he is never alive more then 8 mins anyways unless you duo it.

Use common sense here its really simple. If you see someone kiting and not trying to root/ slow to prep and kill it yes that is a kite and you should give them a warning saying you have xx minutes to start fighting or drop it.

If you see someone actually trying to kite it around and root / slow it leave it the F alone its not your FTE respect it. This scenario people are actually trying to kill the mob as intended with a strategy.

People have been suspended for taking Lodizal off others for 5 minutes kiting around so again respect FTE's or get in trouble.

This is false. I was part of a circumstance where a rogue got FTE on Lodizal without any other force in the zone. After a minute and thirty seconds of no harmful spells or damage that output Lodi's regen it was determined that the rogue was stall kiting a contested mob (no reference of raid or camp mob was made by the GM) and we killed the mob.

Why?!?! How could you have done such a thing and why was X,Y,Z okay on the fourth of June but x,y,z is illegal on the 5th of May!? FAVORITISM!

No. Stop making 20 threads about this mob. Don't stall kite. Period. If you are working on a strat to kill Lodizal that takes 5 hours involving a monk with a fungi and a druid to infinitely regen heal as the monk gets summoned and damages with DS then SURE! You are actively killing the mob. If you are a rogue... or anything other than a shaman or a bard and are trying to solo this dude with ZERO help in zone then don't aggro it or fear getting suspended for stall kiting. It has happened and it will happen again.

It's never up to the offended party to go vigilante and peel someone else's FTE even if they think they are being wronged. That's a sure fire way to get yourself suspended even if the jerks are in fact stalling.

Rule #1 is to always respect a FTE unless the person that has FTE states they are conceding it for whatever reason (maybe they are kiting the mob to get to a different mob, or they are conceding after FTEing with a tracker, whatever)

If you feel someone is stalling get fraps, keep logs, take screenshots, then present that information to the staff. If it were my decision to make as long as there is an effort being made to down the guy it's all legit. If some duo is running it in circles while they attempt to get it debuffed before actually DPSing him that seems totally normal, however don't expect to get a favorable ruling if you aren't doing anything to him and you're just running him in a circle waiting for pals to show up. If the goal is to wait for reinforcements you should have a destination in mind, like tagging and beelining to the dragon ring where reinforcements can arrive.
