My guide (http://wiki.project1999.com/Meviin%27s_Monk_Mechanics) has pulling advice as well as advice on whether or not to play a monk.

Monk is, imo, the most fun class to play since they do just about everything pretty well and excel at pulling. You can change up your role if you want: dps, tank, pull, and can solo or group just fine. Can also just afk whenever u need with FD and escape death easily.

I love it when monks FD in a place where they'll end up getting hit by an AoE (like in a group's camp) and seeing them complain about being killed despite successful FD.
