Newbie Necromancer - how do I make money?

unfortunately (or fortunately if you ask me), if you want to make some money, the oddball camps are what you want. Guards for a few levels here, treants for a few levels there. It's fun though because you get to switch up what you're doing!

Misty thicket/rivervale guards are pretty good. You can sell the spears yourself if you want. I think I bound at the WC rings and just gated then sold spears there whenever I had too many. You have to run back from WC every time you want to sell, but I found that it gave an opportune moment to grab something to eat/drink and find a new music playlist.

Once you get call of bones at 39 you can actually sell to one of the vendors inside the tavern and you can even bank in Rivervale.

Word of caution, if you don't FD you can't bank behind the RV banker until 34 or he will attack you. Always remember to never sit in there either. I found it easier to sell to the erudite in HHK then run back through HHP into kith forest. Rivervale is closer to that ZL and you can just bank on your way back to the guards.
