Yep many people got tricked by this quest. If zam has wrong quest infos you cant demant GM help because of that. A good friend of mine turned in the book too, then realized his mistake and went camp it again, thats how it works.

Besides that dylin is pretty easy to camp IF you know when he was killed last, since he has no PH you can just afk for hours at his spawn and come back shortly before he pops.
