Its not that easy.

The quest mob spawns when nobody else is around. - Stop being a casual and poop sock it

The person who kills him isn't in pvp range. - So they aren't in PvP range to you or are you saying they are lvl 1? If they're not level 1 and you're too lazy to bring toons in that are in range to this person, you're just wanting pixels handed to you instead of earning them. Again, stop being a casual.

There's nothing anyone can do to stop him from trotting him down to his death. God Apex is so lazy they take a fatalistic attitude when a solution isn't that hard.

Red doesn't have guilds ready to raid at all hours of the day. At least you finally admit you're a casual.

You're never around to see him do it... but you know he isn't in pvp range to someone else... not in the zone.

Sounds legit.

Last time I checked, running around in an empty zone doesn't break any rules.

Fine I am so glad your server is so populated that its a click fest. However it still doens't answer my question.

Is there a penalty on blue for the deliberate killing of quest mobs just to screw people over who want to do the quest?

They'd likely get a suspension first and then a ban if they continued to do it.

Sirken famously said "This isn't the Wild West anymore" (talking about red), so rules should apply <3

Yeah that would be zone disruption as outlined in the server rules/play nice policy

I started this btw. Taught the red people how to grief the ring war without actually having to fight force v force. Really rustled them then and I’m glad someone has kept up the family tradition.

As for op about blue you would be suspended. On red no one gives a fuck so get fucked shitt3r

I’m glad to see people on p99 set the bar is of “casual” at simply not being willing to be on call for a video game 24/7.

Last I checked ring 10 war still takes a fairly sizable raid force.

Intentionally suiciding the quest mob with the intent of dicking over other players is against the rules. GMs could easily investigate this without a FRAPS. The more important question is whether or not the GMs care. After all ... this is red we’re talking about.

Him complaining about this is how we know he is in Apex... which just so happens to be the guild that griefs any new faces off of red. Nobody should feel sad or bad for this guy. He contributes to the toxicity on red and shouldn't be taking it to forums, much less the blue server chat forums, to complain about someone griefing him.
