- Rune of ivy (thistle underbrush) - ranger ivy etched armour

- Globe of mist (Hags) - mage sol a helm

If I recall, Shadowed men also did not appear until temple opened.

Crafted resize dwarves were added with Sol Ro so should remain for that era. Proof is in the Guard Valin/Colin WC thread.
