would go str. jewelry first (at least rings). I'd skip the hp rings.

then weps. then start saving for a haste item.

str, weps, haste all that you really need on rogue in vanilla.

Be warned that most of your characters life will be in type 1 chain fashion to some degree as a rogue.

Later you have a lot more plated options though!
