How do you get the file back once its been deleted by norton?

it quarantines it, not deletes it. go into scan history, select it, click options, and click restore.

What are you people even doing to where you need active scanners anyway?

I'm downloading pirated torrents constantly and always visiting shady porn sites and I never run into issue without an active scanner.

On the rare occasion something does go wrong, a 15 minute scan with malware bytes or combo fix solves the problem.
