Meh. Officer decision is the only system that treats a guild like what it is: a team, a social unit, etc. DKP is for robots, and/or people that are completely unable to fit in socially, see: Alawen and the Endless Horde of Drama That Swirls in His Wake. (protip: maybe after all these years of rage, the problem is not every guild you've ever been in... the problem is...you!!!)

Alright, Sarkov, you're clearly dying for me to pay attention to you. Here's your quote and your response. I have no idea who you are.
Everyone, here is Sarkov. Sarkov's claim to fame is that he knew or knew of me nine years ago on Sullon Zek. Hello Sarkov!
What Sarkov is probably referring to is a forum post I made back in the day called "An Open Letter to Miloie". Miloie was a shitty mangina cleric and even worse raid leader. We failed repeatedly on Ixiblat Fir, to put things in perspective. I flamed Miloie for lying about her past raid experience, wasting our time on raids with no research and robbing the Sect guild bank to twink her beastlord. I would have flamed her for having a penis and pretending to be a woman if I'd known about it at the time.
My subsequent guilds were Celestial Rapture on Kane Bayle (good guild, nice folks but I couldn't handle the Euro hours when I moved to California), Ruin (yes, that Ruin) and Forza (yes, that Forza) on Venril Sathir (Ruin quit when they opened the new server to transfers and Forza eventually lost interest in competing with the movelog guilds) and Realm of Insanity (yes, that RoI) on Stromm. RoI lost a lot when Xygon retired, but I had good times and got to see all the content I had previously missed trying to raid on SZ. When I retired from live, I had the distinction of being the player with the most server firsts on Stromm. I've never claimed to be a great player, but I'm a solid tactician and I have occasional insights into new strategy. I've seen enough great players to know where I rate.
Sometimes, dear Sarkov, the problem really is with the shitty, corrupt, disrespectful guild. Welcome to Project 1999.
