Unfortunately, contracts are formed not in accordance with what you believe you meant, but by what an objective person reading what you said would reasonably presume.

A contract will be formed when the parties have met such a requirement. If parties had each, from an objective perspective, engaged in conduct manifesting their assent. An objective perspective means that it is only necessary that somebody gives the impression of offering or accepting contractual terms in the eyes of a reasonable person, not that they actually did want to form a contract.

The above sure sounds like you were agreeing to the bet.

Putting aside the obvious inside information, your condition of the bet was "Holyspawn getting unbanned" effective at any point between 8:41 PM and 11:59 PM.

For this condition to be met, the account would have to be rebanned, and then unbanned again, which is highly unlikely.

Don't get me on semantics big rogean! I had no idea that Holyspawn was already unbanned the condition was he would be unbanned by midnight and he is.
