80% of the names on this server are probably against everquests naming policy. Most people, including myself, use the same name from game to game. This isn't a roleplay server so unless it's vulgar I don't see any harm in letting people be creative.

Sirius is the trademarked name, SIRI is the stock symbol. Many stock symbols appear as common words, for example John Deers symbol is "DEER", hardly a word that could be trademarked.
