Plane of Growth: was it released with Velious?

This is difficult to exactly determine when Tunare became fully itemized, since she died for the first time in July 2001 (8+ months post release). She only dropped 2x Necro PoG Robes and a Blade of the Swarm (which is severely underwhelming) for her difficulty. Afterlife was the second guild to kill Tunare and that wasn't until October 13, 2001; however, she does appear to be holding a whip (Braid of Golden Hair) in the pictures, but Afterlife was not nice enough to identify the drops from their kill.

The July 2001 Capture of Alla shows an image of Tunare holding a wizard looking stave >>...<<.

If I had to put a date on it, I would say July-August 2001, shortly after Fires of Heaven's first kill, since Furor threw a shit fit about the encounter.

These items were identified November 2001+ as new items probably due to the length of time between the first, second and subsequent kills, at least according to Alla's item updates on the front page.

Is it confirmed that she received an enhanced loot table and that it wasn't just rare loot not dropping?

Obviously EoN had FT V added later if it was an original loot.

It's not confirmed, she definitely had some loot upgraded, but when/if stuff was added needs more research. I'm pretty sure these weren't post Luclin additions.

I have not found a patch note or dev acknowledgment of an upgraded loot table, just the time line of the actual kills and when the items were divulged. It will be up to the devs to make the call whether FoH simply had bad luck with their drops and load her up from the start.

Loot was upgraded all throughout velious.. FT items in particular, doesn't mean ... added tho

Was PoM fully populated with those card quests upon release? The resistance flowers...etc.

At released PoM was only entered by the very few who could get to it and back then no one even thought to or dare risked run through "Temple of veeshan city of dragons!" Gotta remember back in 2001 EQ was top of its game, no one saw the game in the perspective we do now.

On Bertox [Top guild was Prophecy at the time] only a couple select crowds went in.
