I have no real suggestions myself. I never ever take medicine. I'm not one of those whiny "whaaaa medicine is satan!" people. I just never bother. I'm gonna get better sooner or later. Unless it's deadly no point in wasting cash on something that just barely suppresses the symptoms for a little bit.... if it even works at all.

Just drink/eat hot/warm stuff, pop a Tylenol and sleep. A lot.
