No. It's the guy who worked on Hilary's email servers, but plead the 5th when the first round of questions hit.

Now he has FBI immunity and the senators are asking for him to answer questions now that he has immunity.

FBI is doing this, they have the servers, and at this point there is absolutely no real official word regarding what the investigation is about.
However, we get the hacker coming inbound, and Clinton's IT guy suddenly getting immunity (another potential songbird). This is an ongoing investigation, hasn't been closed as of yet, obviously.
