Well supposedly Emu went to court numerous times and was settled after a while with a few legalities, but I never think SoE do forget, I agree someone got a grudge on Emu, even though the player base of all the servers totaled equals nothin' compared to any live version of an mmo :P

emu is no competition for sony since there are no classic servers on life. would be a different story if they would start coding their own classic servers....
