Bah! Let's get these mana bar/stamina bar and song issues resolved! I could care less about animation! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

On the up side this shouldn't be effecting any low level bards, ie: before you get charm. I was soloing in WC yesterday and my other songs were working okay despite the wonky stamina and mana bar.

But I can't imagine how rough this must be for bard mains right now.

Bards being broken/nerfed nerfs all of us who like to have them in groups. I can understand noot wanting bards to be able to kite entire zones, but overnerfing or neglecting the class hurts all of us music lovers.

Thanks for attempting to address bard issues Haynar

I am about 80% done with getting all the singing, interrupts, resolved for bards. I have identified essentially 4 different ways to interrupt the songs. Depending on what causes the interrupt, only one way works best. I found some other bugs along the way, that would cause spell gems to not unlock and might get you stuck temporarily unable to start a song.

After I finish making sure all the ways to interrupt a bard song are tied to the right method of interruption that part should be done.

That's great news, Haynar. Thanks for all of your hard work!
Any luck finding out what's up with the mana and stamina bars? That's the oddest bug I've seen yet.

The mana/sta bar issue is due to me using an interrupt, that I found would work for all, but had bad side effects. So essentially it works for none pretty much.

Another bug not mentioned in this thread yet is our Hymn of Restoration. Each time it heals, you hear the cast sound for it. It should not make any sound when healing :P

PS, I imagine playing song animations are broken for good?
