All I saw being said was the tautological: how can you claim to have FTE when you didnt get FTE? The problem is, of course, that who had FTE is what in particular is up for debate to begin with, it cannot be assumed.

The problem is, dingleberry, that 'stealing' and 'claiming' FTE is one of the major grey areas with how FTE works ATM.

Noone knows if they have it until after the fact in alot of cases. It can always be said that it was 'stolen' once it is known who actually had it, however before the fact everyone is racing to grab it somehow.
