Haste cap at level 50 is like 74-75%.
I have heard some claim it's 80% but that's splitting hairs and have seen no proof of this.

We are good on haste belts and most bracers... which are the common drop from EVERY single mob.

To Be honest Jeremy, we are giving people a Shot at Plane of Sky Loot that most guilds wouldn't get to, most people are paying way more for fbss than what we charge so.. in reality, its worth it to anyone who decides to partake, Plane of Sky is not another Plane of Fear..
