Use a 3d printer to print the frame then add the wiring separately the plugs used are probably used in other things also. Take the 2.5 one gut it and make a frame to use the wiring add whatever adapters you need to plug it in? Sorry I am not real familiar with Cisco products I have made a couple external enclosures for internal hard drives before.
Edit: didn't realize what this was. The posts above about metal fab seem like the best idea just have someone make one and then you can 3d print the front. Or is there something that needs to be plugged in or fit exact? If you have one already you can just take it to a shop and have them make one similar. Well that is unless your trying to sell whatever it is your fixing then you probably want an original part. | ||

Out of curiosity, do you keep your SmartNet contract up to date? If so, you can most likely open a TAC case, tell them "Oh one of my guys accidently broke two of them while we were re-racking the enclosure" and get them to send you out a couple for free.
If they want a return part, just stick the blanking plates in a bag and send it back, nobody's going to check. | ||
