I've had my humanscale freedom for 10 years. Lifetime warranty, yolo.

I've had a few parts mailed to me. I imagine the aeron (or really any of their higher end line) is easily a 10+ year chair too.

I too have the HumanScale Freedom model with headrest (http://www.humanscale.com/products/p...irWithHeadrest) at home and I swear by it. I've had mine about 3 years now and I can't find any fault with it - would like to get one for work but I know some asshole is going to make off with it when I'm traveling.

The only upgrading I did for the chair was I went all gel in the base, headrest, arms, and back.

Lifetime warranty makes this cheaper than replacing a $200 chair every few years.
