^emphasis on the new friends part. I see a lot of people join the server with their existing friends, never branch out, then feel like they are homeless if someone quits. I've met some cool people since starting here.

I wouldn't say i don't enjoy everquest.. i enjoy the PvE

but the PvP on everquest is horrible lol

I wouldn't really call it PvP server

I'd call it a PvE server with some PvP elements... classic or not its not really going to draw in crowds

people enjoy fast paced PvP these days.. not grind for ever then fight

so if i understand most you; most of you do not actually enjoy playing EverQuest. instead you would prefer to be given a lvl 50 character with uber gear and spend all day running around fragging each other. im sorry, but thats not EQ.

it seems none of you came here wanting to meet new people, make BOTH new friends and enemies. none of you came to grind it out, to crawl through dungeons, to try holding camps, all while dealing with other players trying to stop you via pvp.

if you came here expecting call of duty, naturally i see why you would be upset. but if you came here expecting EQ, then i look forward to seeing you all on the server.

Man am I glad you're here to make these people a bigger joke than they already are.

Server pop isn't so bad 150-200 like Supreme said is fine and will grow. I played only on VZTZ box 3.0 and had a lot of fun with it, not sure about the others boxes - but like Sirken said it wasn't really like EQ. I liked playing that server and would play on another one most likely if one was hosted since it's so easy to level, but I don't think messing with red99 too much would be a good thing. Global OOC could help, maybe, maybe not - and IP banning the real hardcore forums trolls/or forcing some kind of in-game/forum accountability, maybe having to link your account to the forums like Altergate etc.

I'm having fun, and realise everyones opinions are different - so I'm not gona stress about it and expect it to be exactly what I want.
