Unless P99 websites are hosted by EQEMU then how is it strictly an EQEMU issue?

P99website has nothing to do with this issue, EQemu is basically what provides you with the server list and allows you to connect to this list.

Now when i get to the login screen it isn't recognizing my internet connection at all...?

This has been a mindboggling day and maybe it's a sing to get away from EQ... But I don't wanna! lol..

Suggestions for this?

Heres my theory : Sony have Hijacked the server and are bringing it down for patching, once it's back up we will have Veil of alaris, mercenaries, Pok books and the dreaded mines of glooming deep.
