Golems now drop CT's old loot table, so the main guilds lock them down (presumably with only a handful of characters?).

oh wait you are serious? Try getting a child's tear and good luck since fear golems are permacamped. They are like 80-100k for the MQ/loot rights

This is a change. That's why he asked about what has changed. Tears used to be dirt cheap, back before golems loot tables changed.

Make a cleric, gear him to 200+ wis with like 10 or 15k, and use the rest to buy a bunch of red dragon teeth.

Druid idea sounds fun. Druids can use fungi tunics and post-nerf fungi sticks. But aren't manastones over 200k thus breaking the budget?

From a quick look at post history - OP seems to already have a Monk, Shaman, Mage, Enchanter, and Bard.

Grab a Fungi/CoF and pretty much any melee you make will be OP as f#ck compared to the general populous. I made a SK recently and went the cheaper (free actually, camped myself) route of Iksar BP and Silver Chitin Gloves and camped a Sword of Pain from Velkators while I was there for the gloves and Spider Fur Belt. Added in a few pieces of cheap Blood Ember armor, Orc Fang Earrings, few more expensive HP items, and so far my little SK is basically wrecking sh!t. I also recently made a druid with absolutely nothing on him and have leveled to level 35 super fast. Like 1kpp for spells is about all you need until 50s for the druid. Necromancer is the same, Z Heart is nice but hardly game breaking with Iskar regen already being high - He is level 58 and could function naked almost as well as he does in 300k worth of gear.

TLDR Make a SK or Ranger IMO

It was super fun 'unlocking' these upgrades while levelling my ranger thru the 50s; 40% worn haste, 50% clicky, slow proc, worn regen... great ratio weapons! Good times!

I had to grind out the drops as the hoi polloi I am, I wonder how much the clicky haste cloak MQ would cost?
