Raid Mob window changes?

They added a chance to extend the window if a mob gets into the last 15%. It's up in the patch notes forum.

If only we had something like FTE Shout and simulated patch days and reduction of Variance, as has been promised numerous times in the last 6 months.

bard song windows
and upgrade items that shouldnt be nerfed earlier than sov
