I'd imagine whoever was doing it initially is going to do it again with more resources unfortunately.

Just another piece of wood to keep the fire burning. i played Everquest in 99 when it came out it was the best game Ever Afther Uo of cours i played this game for years but it died with luclin came out like most of you with (experience) know. when it died i played alot of mmo's like Anarchy online, Dark ages of camelot,free uo server and sush then like alot of you out there im sure Came Back to EQ and retry it.... with old Equipment feeling all alone all friends gone .....and then quit again .. and again Well kinda sad but i tryed Eq 2 it was Great.... for 3 month.... and then boring has hell .... i will Never Get what i got outta EQ classic At the beggining i never thought it would be posssible to Get the feeling i had for this game once again and knowing that Kunark and Velious will be a part of this Great Experience all i need is there.....right now all i want to do is play my noob necro in p99. and i want to thanks the one who make this possible perssonally THANK YOU Very much. so afther this said i want you to know that what EVER happen server Attack, time delay for server to come back what ever can happen Has long has you keep the Server alive i will be there ill be there till they end. because this is where i belong.

I'm curious thought - how much throughput will a server like this use on normal usage? How much uplink is needed?
