Very simply have MOBS pop in different places so you're never sure how that dungeon raid is going to turn out. What if the Frenzied Ghoul suddenly went roaming? Or other similar MOBS around the world/planes.

A dragon (Faydedar I think) spawns near there, but he's usually killed very quickly by raid guilds so there's little risk to firepot users.

It was a little scary to use the firepots when everyone was raid suspended and Fay survived more than a few minutes! If you sit in the room you'll see it's heavily used with ppl flitting in and out as well as a few nekkid ppl waiting for rezzes...

I would love to see some sort of passage discovered between Odus and Faydwer. It could possibly fit in with the introduction of Stonebrunt, but it's very difficult to make it all graphically fit together. The sea to the left of Odus on the map (Abysmal) exists, but all zones past Velious look horribly misplaced when near a pre-Velious zone.

Still, if it could be done, it'd be interesting to see Kerrans that settled the continent of 'Luclin' between Odus and Faydwer. The only dock on the right side of Faydwer is in Felwithe, which would also look fairly silly since they didn't build an exit from the water-ways into the ocean that it sits on. You could fix that by putting the Gulf of Gunthak on the right-hand side of Faydwer, but then you're really screwing with zones and diving into a highly customized dealie.

Things that I think could fit-in, and be done well.

1) Beastlord class balanced for classic-era
2) Luclin-era dungeons balanced and scattered around the classic map
3) Expand on Odus' outdoor zones - such an underutilized "continent".

Anything Luclin-era, in my eyes would:
1) Need horribly animated models replaced with old-world ones
2) Need loot re-balanced
3) Need any evidence of Vah Shir buried deeper than anyone wants to talk about.

i don't think people should be able to use the firepots room.

would it be bannable to wait and list all the names of people i see bound there, then lure them into towns and rebind them?

What?!? First of all, shits classic.; there was a period on live where you could bind at pots also. Second, even if you tried doing that it wouldn't work; they'd have to be in the same group as you for you to bind them. But ... why on earth would you do that?

Third, with Velious coming being bound at the fireports is going to be a much bigger disadvantage.
