Let's see how you actually gathered your data, this seems more like a selective suspension/banning - there are players who know that they use 3rd party programs still playing, and still using them - telling me that they have not been banned or suspended.

Honestly, throwing a hissy fit, insinuating your intent to attempt litigation and accusing the powers that be of favoritism isn't lending you any credibility. Have some patience and some faith that if you weren't cheating, you'll be indemnified.
