Casuals wanted into ntov, but don't want to engage the way its currently done. Casuals didn't like the idea of training away, and want to leverage the raiding guilds into a dungeon crawl after establishing FTE in ntov. Casuals don't like the idea of constantly wanting to run fraps to catch wrongdoing. Casuals kept wanting to bring back rotations. Casuals wanted 10 day blanket raid suspensions for raid related infractions. Their claims it wasn't about the loot, but to experience of ntov. Their words more spoke of trying to get GM intervention to leverage themselves into ntov.

6 hours nothing changed.

Oh god it feels good to not care about any of this. I am looking forward to Lord of the Pixels 3 though. Think that's one Chest chews off Detoxx's finger and jumps into a volcano.

"Your beloved raid scene" fucking sucks and news flash, "your beloved raid scene" turned this server ~into~ WoW

These "raid" guilds are full of so many new blood warmbodies from WoW that can't play EQ to dave their lives that make the mob spankdowns even possible.

These people are worse than the casuals because not only are they also casuals, but they suck at EQ and shit up the server and ~also~ feel "entitled" to loot because they park a toon at ToV entrance yet don't even know basic EQ mechanics.

Its a loot piñata just like WoW and you want to shut everybody else out but there's no such chance without a bottleneck like Trak Teeth. What year is it again, 2012 or 2016?

A makeshift 50 man raid force of people playing alts because we were strapped for clerics and mages and whatever else for BDA in ToV.

Over 110 people from Aftermath just melting dragon faces.

This game is so much fun.

Because GMs/Devs don't REALLY want to change anything meaningful (more earthquakes, changing variance, harsher penalties that would force trainquest to change) and Aftermath don't want to sacrifice any mobs.

Nobody gave Awakened or Aftermath anything. Nobody voluntarily gives up any mob in the game until they are done with it. You are using GM intervention to leverage yourself to kill mobs that you aren't killing currently, because you feel its to hard to compete. Causal greed is what drove this summit, where your so called leaders demanded rotations in any way they could phrase it.

The vitriol and entitlement that you put on display here day after day is astounding to me.

Yet I remain hopeful that one of these days, you guys will remember that this only a game. Pixel denial stopped being cool 15 years ago when we were all still teenagers.
