Which btw, iirc, 100 is the maximum it can be set to. Guess you may want to try locking it around 50-60 or just under 100 so you never go above 100.
Well I had it set at 100, because 100 FPS wasn't lagging me, however when its set at 100 it doesn't lock it and it can go as high as 280 for me. Bringing it down to 80 has locked it from going above 80 and completely eliminated the lag issue.

Would like to add that this is still happening where mobs in permafrost warp back and forth -particularly when they are running at low health.
They also pop up into the ceiling and walls very often and additionally they are prone to the melee attack/targeting bug.
