Default What level can pets quad?

37 Necro here so far (I have a 25 mage too). Pet will double attack and dual wield when given weapons, but so far I have not observed a single quad.

For pets, when can their offhand double attack? 39? 44? 49? 50s?

Your pet CAN quad, he just isn’t very likely to. Having leveled a monk to 60 I witnessed this first hand as a melee… as you gain levels and your skill caps increases you start double attacking and quading much more frequently. Its probably the same with pets, your skeleton just has a very low chance due to being low level. As you rise in power and your pets become more powerful, the chances of them quading dramatically increase. Especially when you get access to the 65% pet haste spells that make them into monsters. The latter pets all have an innate 45 damage lifetap proc that goes off A LOT – The necro rogue pet at 53 really cranks out some good DPS and quads a ton.

Should be a chart on the p99 wiki.

For players, you won't start quadding until your double attack skill is above 150 which is somewhere around level 30. And will increase with chance the higher the skill.

Magician pets at 29 can quad with some frequency on this server, especially the water pet. I've just had better luck with him when it comes to melee performance. The necro pet should as well - rarely. The 34 pet most certainly does with regular streaks.

None of that was anything I didn't already know.

My question is what pet summon level you saw your pet consistently start to quad (i.e. Can dual wield and offhand double attacks).

39?
44?
49+?

No one can answer your question before you define consistent which is very subjective... More than 50% of the time? 75%? 100%?

I was happy with regards to pet quadding consistently (for me) at level 39 on my necro but I know some fellow necro who were not happy until 44 and some who were happy at 34.
