Default NPC spell range is infinite once they begin casting

Not sure if I can clarify any further, but there only seems to be a range check when NPCs begin casting. It is currently impossible to run out of range when something begins casting on you, which is definitely not classic.

It is classic actually. NPCs do a LoS and range check on casting, but not on finishing. This was changed during Luclin.
