This is not against the rules. It is actually encouraged to work out raid disputes before submitting a petition. The petition should be the last resort. Concessions come first.

Yea, because so many people give a fuck about their reputation around here. Divinity is probably the only guild that has maintained a solid rep. Holding down pixels at any cost is the only thing anyone cares about.
