Grazhak the Berzerker

Killed him 16 times in 20 days, 180~ PH's. It dropped the axe every time. Wondering if it's possible that the belt isn't dropping or if I'm getting insanely unlucky.

You are just unlucky. It still has the same drop chance it's always had.
