No servers in the server select screen?
So I get logged in, and no servers in the server select screen. This just started today after the login server went down. I reset my router, reinstalled off the discs and went through the startup guide all over again. Confused?

Still having this problem. I know people are busy but no suggestions at all? Not trying to complain or anything =)
I reinstalled Titanium and re-edited the host file/repatched I then reset my router, turned off all the firewalls. I restored my computer to factory settings entirely. Re-updated windows xp all the way, reinstalled the drivers to everything, reran the update patch in eqemu launcher. And they popped up once where i played for a couple of hours and then had to log for dinner. Come back? Lo and behold.. same thing. Confused as to what's causing this? Nobody else is having this problem but me? Anything? anyone?

Tons of posts on this, my usual answer is eqhost file having the incorrect port number or whatever. Some other topics though if you browse this forum talked about connections and how that was the problem. Your ISP. I take it you have played on p99 a while with success?

Hey Shaere it's Castyel.. lol. :P
I just tried opening port 5998 exclusively to the comp on the network playing EQ, no luck. Flushed DNS, no luck. Reset my router to factory settings, no luck. Not entirely sure what else to do. I posted to Urbanzkopf (SP?) when he thought the login was messed up earlier and it's working for him and others again who have it all messed up. So i'm not sure at all what's going on with this freakin thing..

Having this problem too. I was playing fine / have been playing fine, and I went link dead. I went to relog, and no servers were on the selection screen. I checked the eq host file, and everything was normal.

issue sounds to be connection related. try running ping to eqemulator.net

No servers issue can sometimes becaused by a weak wireless connection. Are you connecting via wireless? Try wired.

I don't have this problem when I play on wireless at my place near campus, but everytime I visit my fathers house I get a blank server list. Went on for 5 months or more with me talking with people from forums and nilbog I think even at one point and was never resolved. But the exact same laptop plays it just fine anywhere else on wireless or wired. Doesn't help the problem, but you guys definitely aren't the only ones who have the problem, even if it is only at one location.
