Well he picked the right area. Qeynos has a bunch of good exp quests to do at low levels.

at lvl6 should i be losing half my life killing blues ( i can can't blame the kids for me dying just for not letting me play) I know its been a long time for me since making a lvl1 character from scratch or I'm just lame and inpatient my wife would tell you Im in inpatient.. well thanx just wanted to vent my Monday. +

Since it's most efficient as low level shaman to just melee and heal(with inner fire, too), ya half life is normal for a non twink. At 9 it will get a lot better when you get tainted breath.

I don't know what race you are or what you're plan is but when I played my shaman this guide was very helpful. It has a ton of valuable spots and information for a new shaman. Shaman ramps up in ability, it's a pretty rough time 1-34. Persistence pays off with a shaman though.
