Default Getting petitions answered

Anyone know how to get a response to an IP Exemption answered? I have been posting in the IP Exception forum for over 3 weeks now and no response at all, I mean nothing. I just want to play the game with my husband!

Anyone got any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks!

I sure wish I knew how to get them answered, I'm having the same issue!

People need to stop assuming every staff member can do every job.

Most petitions ingame are answered rather quickly. Some petitions on the forums are answered quickly. Others require escalation to higher access levels, which is generally only 2 people. Only 1 person handles the IP Exemptions, and he gets to them when he can.

You posted 4... days ago. How is that 3 weeks? Some people actually do wait a while, because I'm doing other things.

So, I guess you did this for attention.

Your petition will be answered when I get to it.
