A message to the devs and players plus a question.
Hello! My name is Cajun and I have been playing since 2014. I adore this server and the people who make it their job to keep it going. If you don't hear it enough, thank you for everything you do! My two sons are going to start playing with me and we had some IP blocking issues while I was afk trying to get some petitions out and get a good install on my youngest son's computer. My Max level is 31... I am learning EQ mostly on my own and I have had a ton of help along the way and the wiki is my Bible when it comes to playing. Not knowing everything about this game is part of the adventure. I know everything about WoW so nothings new or fun. This is the best gaming journey (even through all the cussing hardship and giving up) ever. I have met wonderful people and have amazing times and even earned my ivy ranger gear through questing (there was handholding by a couple folks interested in my roleplay I assure you). I'm not looking for hand outs, I just wanted to say thank you to everyone! I also have a question... Outside of petitioning how do I communicate with a gm? Thanks everyone for making this place great.

1) Petition in game
2) Petition at the forums 3) Be fabulous enough and you'll draw attention If your concern is getting in contact with the sole reason of an IP exemption, be mindful that it can take a fair amount of time to approve these. Also don't waste your or a guide's time by petitioning in game, I believe they like that done solely in the forums. Below is Rogean's FAQ snip: Quote:

Thanknyiu
Thank you for your response. I made the proper forum petition. I want to communicate with a gm, either by email or in game message when I'm not at work. Also just wanted to thank everyone.

Just so you know: after you have submitted the petition let it sit. The petitions are in a list, If you re-petition it bumps you to the bottom of the list and will take longer to be addressed.
- from someone who has learned this the difficult way Glad new people are still showing up, and sharing with others! | ||
