Game Mechanics: Larrikan's Mask invis particle graphic bug

Hello server staff, The Larrikan's Mask invis particle effects do not follow you after you interrupt the cast during its cast time. All other clickies and spell particles follow you regardless. Larrikan's Mask does not

I do not have evidence to support the particles should be following you but i believe this is not consistent with the norm for particle effects. Which leads me to believe it is not classic and needs a fix.
