Game Mechanics: Guardian Gems

Guardians in Skyshrine seem to drop no gems. This post from Alla would seem to indicate that they did. http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/i...03131198575952

That post is from nearly a year after our timeline ends.
Do you have any in era evidence?

As far as I know there was no revamp between the first Skyshrine one a few months after Velious release and the revamp a month or two after that post.

I'm going to add sapphires to Guardians and Guards (after comment below) for now until I see a 2nd reference for any gem between Velious release and October 2002 since there were changes in November 2002.
