Here are the steps.

It's with these contributions that the auction prices get updated on the wiki.

You can simply upload your log files, directly from your EQ folder, at that web page ... with no other site or tool being needed.

Yes but stripping the logs provides more privacy. If a person doesn't want to upload their entire log.

But yes you are correct loramin, that's also good suggestion as well. I had forgotten to mention that in my post. Thank you for bringing it up. As loramin has suggestion you can upload your entire log and it will automatically parse the Auction data as well.

Come to think of it, another good reason for stripping the logs is the size limitation. I believe if your logs are over 2MB you cannot upload it. Stripping out the auction data should allow you to upload well within the 2MB limit. Most of my logs are over 6Mb so unless that 2MB limit is wrong, I wouldn't be able to upload my log. My home-grown log uploader strips the logs to just auctions, just WTS auctions, just WTS auctions WITH PRICES (well, with digits...), and de-dupes them so (timestamp notwithstanding) there aren't any duplicate lines since people spam the same thing over and over. =D
