Strange Behavior with Offense Skill
Have a quick question.
I'm a 44 Ranger, and typically my Offense skill is at 210. I've noticed over the last month that it drops to 200 and shows up red. (see screenshot) Sometimes when I zone, it goes back up to 210... Then it goes back down to 200. I'm not encumbered, I'm not de-buffed (or buffed for that matter). Any ideas? [You must be logged in to view images.
