NPC Spawn Issue: Don't think Aglthin Dasmore should be spawning in tox

Seems to be solely connect to paineel quest.

First reference i found was 9/20/00.

Looks like he may have been put in with epic patch.

Will not spawn until Kunark release.

Can be updated if/when a specific date is found.

Link should be fixed. Is a thread talking about all the new NPCs spotted with epic quest patch. Perhaps a bunch of non-epic guys / quests were added as red herrings.
