You don't have to describe the encounter, we saw your attempt and what happens for the rest of Vulak's health bar. Not that you have any enemies, but if you did, I think they might have denied you some pixels.

Staff did not spawn the Beldion Icewing. There's a normal named drake spawn location near Vulak, with the same respawn timer as all other trash in the zone.

Your pullers should be able to tell you that.

we killed beldion at the beggining of our crawl to vyemm. timeline checks out
